Previously, Debra was a Creative Director in the Beauty and Housewares industries, where she led impactful campaigns that boosted client engagement. She also has extensive experience planning events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale galas, fostering meaningful client connections.

At Quest, Debra focuses on creating a client-centric culture by continuously refining the experience based on feedback. She holds a degree in Communications and Business from SUNY Albany and enjoys fitness and healthy cooking in her free time.
